About five years ago I made a decision: Burgers would be my favorite food. Since then I've noticed a few changes in the way I interact with the "burger community" at large:
I have a top 5 list of burgers that I've tried. To get on this list a burger must have a distinct and original taste, be reasonably priced and be served in an acceptable manner.
I also have narrowed the range of widely known fast food burger joints that I frequent. Again this select group must adhere to the same rules as the burgers on my top five list.
I also just received my first cast-iron, stove top griddle. So far, I've only used it once but I was happy with the results.
I am always in search of burger recipes, burger memorabilia, and my next favorite burger. Hopefully this site will serve as a spot where you can come and broaden your burger mind and mine too.
